MOLLUSKS

Mollusk is the common name for soft-bodied animals, usually with a hard external shell. Mollusks include the clam, oyster, snail, slug, octopus, and squid. Giant squid, pictured here, are also the largest invertebrates, weighing up to 2000 kg.
