Coleus

Coleus is a mint plant. They are popular house plants because of their colorful leaves. Coleus grows in the tropical areas of Africa and Asia. The common garden coleus grows from about 60 to 90 cm (about 24 to 36 in) tall. It has large, regularly toothed leaves, colored variously with red, yellow, and purple. The leaves have scalloped edges. The coleus is a popular as houseplant.
